The Coldwell Banker Lawn & Garden Month Gift Card Giveaway
1. How to Enter: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The Coldwell Banker Lawn & Garden Month Gift Card Giveaway begins at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time [“ET”]) on April 25, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on May 2, 2012. You may enter the Sweepstakes by leaving a comment on the Lawn & Garden Month: Sell Your House Clean Up That Yard! [Gift Card Giveaway] blog post on blog.coldwellbanker.com anytime during the contest dates. No automated entry devices or programs are permitted. Mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted. One comment per entrant. Online entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with that entrant’s email account at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. All entries submitted become the sole property of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC (“Main Sponsor”) and will not be returned.
2. Eligibility: Entrants must be 18 years or older at the time of entry and must reside within the Continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Main Sponsor’s and Sweepstakes Entities’ decisions, which shall be final. The submission of information in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the privacy policy of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, which is available at: http://www.coldwellbanker.com. Non-responsive and/or inappropriate posts will become ineligible.
3. Entry Deadlines: All Entries for the Sweepstakes must be received between 9:00 a.m. ET on April 25, 2012 and 11:59 p.m. ET on May 2, 2012.
4. Winner Selection; Notification; Conveyance of all Rights to Entry: The winner will be selected at random by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC using random.org on or about May 3, 2012. All decisions of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The winner will be required to sign a release and will need to verify their age to receive the prize. Prize must be claimed by providing proper identification forms within 3 days of notification or an alternative winner will be picked. Winner will be notified by email. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be randomly drawn from the eligible entries. Odds of winning depend upon the number or eligible entries received.
5. Prize: One winner shall receive (1) $100 Visa Gift Card. The prize cannot be transferred or substituted except at Main Sponsor’s sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prize Winner.
6. Prize Conditions Prize Winner will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and, except where prohibited by law, a Publicity Release (“Affidavit/Release”). Such documents must be returned by the date and/or time indicated within such documents. If the potential prize winner fails to return such documents within that time, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the Official Rules, then the potential prize winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If the prize or prize notifications are returned as undeliverable, this will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Except where prohibited by law, the winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Sweepstakes Entities to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and city and state address on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
7. Limitations of Liability: The prize winner and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the Grand Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete on-line entries due to system errors, failures or any technical malfunctions, which may limit an entrant’s ability to participate. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sweepstakes Entities which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the promotion, then the Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
8. Winners List: To obtain a list of winners, (available after May 30, 2012) send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “Coldwell Banker Favorite Followers Sweepstakes”, c/o Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, 1 Campus Drive, Parsippany, NJ 07054. Requests received after August 31, 2012 will not be honored.
