Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC unveiled its annual list of top affiliated real estate professionals under the age of 30 who have achieved success in sales, philanthropy and leadership. We’re excited to announce that two Colorado-based sales associates were named finalists – Dan Gerlock of the Denver Central office and Nicole Wolf of the North Metro office!

The 30 Under 30 were chosen from Coldwell Banker’s network of over 92,000 independent real estate professionals affiliated with approximately 3,000 offices in 47 countries and territories. This group of real estate professionals follows in the footsteps of founders, Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who started the company at 24 and 28 years old, respectively.

“I’m immensely proud to be part of an organization that has fostered the growth of these remarkable young professionals,” said Chris Mygatt, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Colorado. “Dan and Nicole embody the values and ethics that are at the core of the Coldwell Banker network. Not only have these two young professionals achieved exemplary success, they have also shown admirable dedication to both their colleagues and communities that is worthy of praise.”

Gerlock is a native Coloradan, who currently resides in Denver. He received his real estate license in 2012 and was mentored by his mother, Illona Gerlock, who has over twenty years of real estate experience. Gerlock is motivated by helping people and making an impact not only in the real estate market, but the entire community.

Wolf is also a native of Colorado, working to serve buyers and sellers in the north metro Denver area. She employs her high-level communication skills, market knowledge and marketing strategy to find success in her real estate business. Wolf is always ready and willing to help her clients write the next chapter in their home story.

The Coldwell Banker organization will honor these winners at its international Generation Blue Experience in Las Vegas, Nevada in March 2019.

Congrats, Dan and Nicole!
