Gus Bergs Named Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker’s Fort Collins Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Gus Bergs has affiliated with the company as a broker associate in its Fort Collins office. In his new position, Bergs will specialize in residential sales in Northern Colorado.

“Gus will be a great addition to our sales team, and I couldn’t be more excited to have him join us,” said Natalie Antonelli, manager of the company’s Fort Collins office.  “Gus is bright, energetic and works tremendously hard to meet and exceed the expectations of home buyers and sellers.  We welcome him to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”


Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Bergs was a sales representative for Breakthru Beverage Group, where he serviced 50 off-premise accounts across Northern Colorado for a beer, wine and spirits distribution.

He is a member of the Ptarmigan Country Club, the Fort Collins Adult Hockey Association, Miramont Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness and Anytime Fitness.

Bergs recently completed an intensive training program through VanEd, which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.
