Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties is proud to announce that Breckenridge broker Leah Canfield has won the 2017 Coldwell Banker’s International 30 Under 30 Award. Among winners from Canada, Bermuda, Columbia and Istanbul, Coldwell Banker Mountain Property’s own Leah Canfield has been recognized for success in sales, philanthropy, and leadership.

“It’s incredible to see how many talented professionals represent Coldwell Banker today, and the 30 young professionals being honored here are no exception,” says Charlie Young, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC. “These honorees are paving the way for the future of the real estate industry with their commitment and passion to deliver impressive results for their communities. Their entrepreneurial spirits have encouraged forward thinking and significant achievements for long-term success.” Coldwell Banker was founded on youth, as the founders were in their 20’s when they founded the company 111 years ago and this is what inspires the annual award.

Leah Canfield has been chosen from nearly 88,000 real estate agents around the world, elevating her among the best of the best.  While this bright young woman excels in residential real estate, she has specifically been working with the Blue 52 development in Breckenridge that will be providing affordable housing for working families.  Being a native to Summit County, Leah has made it a priority to support the local community through fundraisers and events. Leah was a ski racer before getting into real estate, earning a spot in the World Junior Championships in Switzerland as a Super-G skier in 2010.

Coldwell Banker Mountain Properties applauds the efforts of agents like Leah, and is proud to provide the highest standards in the industry and top-tier Real Estate service. For a full list of this year’s recipients, visit Coldwell Banker.
