Constance Warriner Named Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker’s Southeast Metro/DTC Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Warriner has affiliated with the company as a broker associate in its Southeast Metro/DTC office.  In her new position, Warriner will specialize in residential sales in metro Denver.con

“Constance will be a great addition to our sales team, and I couldn’t be more excited to have her join us,” said Tammy White, manager of the company’s Southeast Metro/DTC office.  “Constance is bright, energetic and works tremendously hard to meet and exceed the expectations of home buyers and sellers.  We welcome her to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Warriner had sales careers in commercial real estate, new home and resale homes and advertising. She has been a licensed agent for more than 23 years.

Warriner is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the Denver Metro Board of Realtors. She also helps with local horse rescue non-profits and is a member of the Cherry Creek Presbyterian Church.

Warriner recently completed an intensive training program through Kaplan, which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.

Warriner holds a Bachelor of Science in health science from Arizona State University.
