Michael Surges Named Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker’s Southeast Metro/DTC Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Michael Surges has affiliated with the company as a broker associate in its Southeast Metro/DTC office.  In his new position, Surges will specialize in residential sales in metro Denver.

“Michael will be a great addition to our sales team, and I couldn’t be more excited to have him join us,” said Tammy Miller, manager of the company’s Southeast Metro/DTC office.  “Michael is bright, energetic and works tremendously hard to meet and exceed the expectations of home buyers and sellers.  We welcome him to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Surges was senior product manager for Sling TV. His responsibilities included translating business requests into technocal requirements for developers; managing third-party technical integrations and the associated timelines; managing stakeholder engagements and coordination; and mentoring junior product managers.

Surges, who plays in several soccer and volley ball leagues, recently completed an intensive online training program through Colorado Real Estate School, which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.

Surges holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a minor in economics from Colorado State University.
