Kris Greenway Named Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker’s Southeast Metro/DTC Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Kris Greenway has affiliated with the company as a broker associate in its Southeast Metro/DTC office.  In her new position, Greenway will specialize in residential sales in metro Denver.

“Kris will be a great addition to our sales team, and I couldn’t be more excited to have her join us,” said Tammy Miller, manager of the company’s Southeast Metro/DTC office.  “Kris is bright, energetic and works tremendously hard to meet and exceed the expectations of home buyers and sellers.  We welcome her to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”


Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Greenway was a sales representative and district manager of Glaxo Wellcome Inc. Her responsibilities included managing 10 sales representatives, launching a new division, hiring and training employees, performance management and evaluation and salary distribution.

As a member of the National Charity League since 2009, Greenway has volunteered with the Denver Rescue Mission, Food Bank of the Rockies, Children’s Hospital, Denver Health, Clothes to kids, Project Angel Heart, Project Cure, Holly Creek Nursing Home and Food Allergy Network.  She also volunteers extensively in the public school system.

Greenway recently completed an intensive training program through Kaplan Real Estate Education, which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.

Greenway holds a Bachelor of Arts in communication and public address from the University of North Texas.
