Merima Brkic Named Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker’s Denver Central Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Merima Brkic has affiliated with the company as a broker associate in its Denver Central office.  In her new position, Brkic will specialize in residential sales in metro Denver.

“Merima will be a great addition to our sales team, and I couldn’t be more excited to have her join us,” said Sally Scaman, manager of the company’s Denver Central office.  “Merima is bright, energetic and works tremendously hard to meet and exceed the expectations of home buyers and sellers.  We welcome her to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Brkic was a sales and reservations manager for insel-hotel in Germany. Her responsibilities included negotiating and relationship building with new and existing customers; managing data and contracts; customer service and reservations support; supervising staff; and devising sales and marketing strategies aimed at fulfilling targeted goals.

Brkic recently completed an intensive training program through Kaplan Real Estate Education, which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate. She is a member of the Denver Metro Association of Realtors; the National Association of Realtors; and the Colorado Association of Realtors.

Brkic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics from Heilbronn University in Germany.
