Jason Weisgerber Named Broker Associate for Coldwell Banker’s Southeast Metro/DTC Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage announced that Jason Weisgerber has affiliated with the company as a broker associate Southeast Metro/DTC office.  In his new position, Weisgerber will specialize in residential sales in metro Denver.

“Jason will be a great addition to our sales team, and I couldn’t be more excited to have him join us,” said Tammy Miller, manager of the company’s Southeast Metro/DTC office.  “Jason is bright, energetic and works tremendously hard to meet and exceed the expectations of home buyers and sellers.  We welcome him to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.”

Prior to affiliating with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Weisgerber worked in commercial real estate property management for Albert Sweet Development where he was responsible project management for capital and tenant improvements; gathering contract bids for maintenance and contractor services; planning and implementing special improvements and projects; and managing timelines, budgets and people on all property improvement projects.

Weisgerber recently completed an intensive training program through Kaplan Real Estate Education, which emphasized the principles and techniques of real estate.

Weisgerber holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing from Colorado State University and a Theological Master’s degree in consciousness studies from the Emerson Institute of Theology.
