The 2016 Denver Century Ride is in the books! Cyclists, volunteers and spectators came from all over for a day full of exploration, entertainment and thrilling bike riding.
Whether turning the corner on Alameda Parkway and seeing the expansive view, getting cheered on by what felt like the entire town of Bow Mar, crossing Dam Road for one of the only times cyclists have been allowed to do so, feeling the love from the hundreds of volunteers and well-wishers or throwing down a cold beer once it was all over, the Denver Century certainly provides many moments to make you smile.
Coldwell Banker was pleased to help capture some of those special moments. You can check out our awesome album here – be sure to tag your photos.
The day started off with racers taking on the gorgeous route options that roll through the diverse terrain of Denver Metro and even pass through the Rocky Mountains. Riders were able to choose the route that best fit their experience and comfort level with riders of all ages participating in this exciting event.
Coldwell Banker Independent Sales Associates, staff, family and friends were cheering on the participants and some even joined in on the cycling fun.
The day ended with a lively post-ride party where local bands played their hearts out and attendees were able to snack on the various food options offered at the Shops at Northfield Stapleton.
A great way to celebrate the sport of bike riding!
