Vicki Wimberly earns Accredited Buyers Representative designation

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce that Vicki Wimberly, an independent broker associate in the company’s Evergreen office, has received the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation from the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council.

The ABR designation is designed for Sales Associates who focus on working directly with buyers. Designated agents receive ongoing specialized information, programs and updates that help them stay on top of issues and trends in successfully representing home buyers.

“During the five years Vicki has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker, she’s demonstrated her commitment to serving her clients’ best interests,” said David Kittrell, manager of Coldwell Banker’s Evergreen office. “The ABR designation gives Vicki more tools that will help benefit the buyers she works with.”

Wimberly, who graduated with a degree in Business Communication from Regis University, has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry. In addition to her role as a broker associate with Coldwell Banker, she is a certified real estate appraiser. She previously has earned designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Mountain Area Specialist.

Wimberly also is a committed community volunteer who has worked on several Habitat for Humanity projects, visited patients and their families at Craig Hospital in Denver and worked with a number of other charitable organizations.
